​How Do I Place An Order?


Bespoke orders can be placed online or by appointment,  You will need to contact Fiona directly, You can find the details on the contact page.  You can also make a direct purchase in the online shop.  

Can I customise a design that is available in your shop?

Yes you can! As Fiona makes most items to order, the world is your oyster.  Please contact Fiona to discuss any ideas that you have.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Payment is taken in full through a secure payment gateway when ordering in the online shop unless otherwise agreed.

When ordering bespoke and custom designs payment is processed through invoicing, a 50% deposit  of the total amount is required to secure the order, for lower priced items full payment is required prior to manufacture.

Are there any payment options to help spread the cost?

Fiona is happy to discuss payment options on higher priced items.  An initial deposit of 50% of the total amount is always required to secure an order.

​​Returns & Refunds


Refunds and returns are only accepted on off the shelf, ready to wear designs, Items must be unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging.  You must advise Fiona of the return within 3 days of receipt and have 14 days to return the item. Refunds can take up to 14 days to process once received.  Returns will not be accepted without prior arrangement.

Items described as 'Custom' or 'Bespoke' can not be returned or refunded unless they are faulty in which case the item will be repaired or remade accordingly. 

Delivery Information

Jewellery Items will be sent via Royal Mail special Delivery service.  please see individual listings for turnaround times. On occasion items may be delayed due to disruption in the postal service, unfortunately this is beyond control & no postal refunds will be given in the event of the delay.  


Privacy Policy


Fiona takes your privacy very seriously and  will never share your personal details with any other person other than required to complete the order or through governmental request for fraudulent or criminal activity.  


Address, contact and order history details will be kept on a secure & private customer database in accordance with GDPR regulations, if you do not wish Fiona to keep these details please email with your request and the details will be removed from the system, No credit card or bank account details will be kept on file.
