Opal Doublet Ring

Opal is one of the birthstones associated with the month of October, but is a popular choice all around due to its visual phenomenon.  

The Ring features a free form Australian crystal Opal Doublet with a lovely colour play of Blues and green that reminds me of the ocean.
 A doublet is a small slice of natural opal that has been mounted on to rock  to create a larger stone that would other wise been too thin to set, it also makes it a much more affordable option for some.

The stone measures approximately 7x 4mm at its longest and widest proportions & is bezel set in 9ct Yellow Gold.  
Bezel setting offers the most protection to the stone in comparison to other styles & creates a modern & contemporary look.  
The ring will look great worn alone or  stack neatly against your other rings.
